BEYOND THE GRID: Wolff, Shovlin and the Mercedes team share their stories of working with Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes: their names are together forever in the Formula 1 record books, as one of the most successful team and driver partnerships in the sport's history comes to an end.
In a special edition of Beyond The Grid, some of Hamilton's Mercedes colleagues tell host Tom Clarkson their stories of working with him over the course of his 12 years with the squad.
Team Principal Toto Wolff explains how Hamilton got stronger in every year of their partnership, while Trackside Engineering Director Andrew Shovlin also gives an insight into being on the pit wall for all of Hamilton’s history-making races.
There are contributions from Clare Robertson, Head of Communications, who first met Hamilton when he was 15 and has worked with him since his days at McLaren, as well as Marketing Operations Director Victoria Johnson, who has seen Hamilton go from Formula 1 driver to global icon.
Also on the podcast is Race Team Co-ordinator Stephen Lord, one of Hamilton’s closest colleagues, who is on the grid with him for every Grand Prix.
