HIGHLIGHTS: Catch the best moments from FP2 as Piastri tops the times in Singapore after two red flags
After two red flags and a bizarre pit lane collision between Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc, Oscar Piastri finished fastest in FP2.
Oscar Piastri topped Free Practice 2 for the Singapore Grand Prix as the one-hour session was disrupted by two red flags.
The Drivers' Championship leader posted a 1m 30.714s under the floodlights, leaving him just over one-tenth clear of Isack Hadjar, who was followed by Max Verstappen and Fernando Alonso.
McLaren team mate and title rival Lando Norris was fifth, nearly half a second back, having had a bizarre pit lane collision with Charles Leclerc as both eventually resumed running.
The first stoppage came after George Russell lost control of his Mercedes into Turn 16, colliding head-on with the barrier, and although the Briton was able to recover back to the pits, he sat out the rest of the session.
The second stoppage came with 20 minutes remaining after Liam Lawson suffered a bigger incident on the exit of Turn 17, hitting the barrier and bringing his damaged Racing Bulls machine to a stop in the pit lane entry.
