IN DEPTH: Sergio Perez reflects on his time with Racing Point after seven years with the team
Formula 1 is a notoriously tough business – if you don't perform as a driver, there's always someone else waiting in the wings ready to swoop in and take your seat.
It is, then, quite remarkable that Sergio Perez has spent a full seven seasons with the team now known as Racing Point, but which was Force India when he joined back in 2014.
And as he says in the video above, where he chats to F1's Will Buxton about his long spell with the Silverstone-based squad, it was only ever supposed to be a short-term move, after his split with McLaren.
