Training, simulator sessions and the snooze button – Oscar Piastri details a day in the life of an F1 driver

McLaren’s Oscar Piastri is currently gearing up for his second season in F1, with the 2024 campaign fast approaching – and with the Australian having impressed plenty of observers during his debut year as he picked up 97 points.

A key part of any F1 driver’s life is their routine away from the races. Whether it is maintaining their fitness or having some much-needed down time to recharge the batteries – keeping focussed is all important. We caught up with the 22-year-old Australian to quiz him on what a typical day in his life looks like…
