Alpine have become the latest team to fire up the power unit that will sit in the back of their new car, as they ramp up their preparations ahead of the 2023 season.
It comes a few weeks in advance of the Enstone/Viry team’s launch of the A523 – which is set to be piloted by Esteban Ocon and his new team mate Pierre Gasly (pictured above) – which will be in London on February 16.
Alpine will be hoping that the all-French partnership of Ocon and Gasly and the development of their new race car will help them build on a fourth-place finish in the 2022 constructors’ championship.
