WATCH: Ride onboard with Max Verstappen on stunning Sprint pole lap in Austria
Max Verstappen put in a dominant final lap to seal pole position for Saturday’s Sprint in Austria, with the Dutch driver leading the way ahead of his team mate Sergio Perez.
Verstappen was already on provisional pole but clocked an even quicker time of 1m 04.440s on a drying track, to lead his Red Bull running mate, Perez, by almost half a second – with Lando Norris rounding out the top three.
