Pre-season testing is done and dusted, with all 10 teams running their 2021 challengers over the weekend in Bahrain – their one and only chance to identify and iron out any problems with the new cars before the first race of the season at the end of the month.
But who's looking quickest heading into the mammoth 23-race season that's about to begin? Who will be heading the midfield battle, and which team will be propping up the rear of the field?

Ex-F1 driver Jolyon Palmer was in Bahrain to watch all three days of the test, and, with the usual caveat that you never know how much fuel teams are carrying, or how much they are hiding their own potential, he has run through what he thinks the competitive order might look like heading into the first race.
