There’s just one more race to go ahead of the summer break – and there was plenty to talk about on Thursday at Spa ahead of the 2023 Belgian Grand Prix that will bring the first half of the season to a close.

That run of seven victories has also allowed Red Bull to maintain their unblemished record this season, as well as seeing them break McLaren’s 35-year-old record for most consecutive victories to start a season.
Elsewhere, drivers prepared to face the F1 Sprint format once again, while attention was focused on the likes of Lando Norris – currently on a hot streak of two consecutive P2 finishes for McLaren – F1 returnee Daniel Ricciardo and Williams, who’ll hope that their slippery FW45 could spring a surprise at Spa.
